Summer Devotional & Video Series

The Church Leadership Co-operative (The Co-op) is a leadership development ministry connected to Oxford University UMC, where I serve as Director of Worship and Communications. The Co-op centers on a summer internship program that places college students and recent graduates in internships across Mississippi, alongside mentorship and networking. I've been part of The Co-op since it began.

Starting this spring, I led production of a full devotional program for the summer interns and opened it to a wider audience. Katie, the program's mentor, wrote the accompanying 80-page devotional book; she and Chris, the program's director, appear on camera throughout. I handled everything else — brand updates, book design and layout, 10 companion videos, weekly YouTube segments, and daily short-form vertical content — along with building the studio space the project was shot in, which now also supports The Weight Podcast and other church video work.

Camp Lake Stephens, a North Mississippi para-church ministry, adopted the curriculum for their own summer internship program — an estimated 35-40 students. The project is ongoing, with a broader social media growth strategy currently in development.
