Careers in Banking Video Series

The Mississippi Bankers Association runs a program that introduces students across the state to the range of career paths available in banking. When they needed video content to bring that message to life, I was happy to help.

MBA came to me with the format already set: four individual profile videos, each spotlighting a different banking career through the eyes of a real employee — Diana McDowell in marketing at Cleveland State Bank, Justin Cheves in risk and compliance at First Commercial Bank, Latoya Young in electronic banking at Planters Bank, and Eric Adkins in HR at Priority One Bank — plus one compilation piece pulling highlights from all four for wider distribution.

The shoot covered two cities over two days, with two bank locations in each. Given the travel and tight turnaround within each city, I brought on an assistant to help keep multiple locations moving on schedule.

The final package: five finished videos — four individual profiles and one compilation — built for MBA's statewide education and outreach efforts.
